Great nightly rate and rather hidden which is nice. The rooms are somewhat recently renovated and clean. My boyfriend and I always choose this place as our "go to hideaway" when we take our random trips to Indy
We didn't really have an issue we stayed the weekend and it was pretty quiet. We could actually relax and not worry too much.
The place to be for anything goes, as long as you don't steal, fight or make a scene. Hard to beat the price. Seedy but safe.
Just have to watch out for criminals braking into your car. but as far as the place goes it's cleaner than other motels I've been to.
For the low price I expected something shabby. The rooms were great. Very clean.

the lady in the office during the day is AWESOME. she is so nice and professional. she let me check the room before paying, even though it set her back with my I.D. the rooms looked recently re-done. it was cute, and comfortable for the price. BUT the night following my first stay, i came in to rent again.. since it was a different room AND person at the desk, i wanted to check the room before paying because it's absolutely NO refunds. the indian man that was there was EXTREMELY rude for NO reason. kept yelling at me about a refund i didn't even ask for. when i asked to see the room he proceeded to yell about not giving me a refund, and said they don't show rooms before, even though the nice day time lady let me. he then handed me a paper for my info so i could pay, and he told me the t.v. didn't work. so i asked did the AC work, and he started yelling about a refund that i STILL HAD NOT ASKED FOR, saying he wasn't going to rent to me and wasn't giving me a refund... over me asking to see the room and if the AC worked. i'm still in shock at how he treated me and it's been almost a week. i recommend the hotel, but only if dealing with the day time lady as she will appease an overly anxious mind like mine.
Clean enough for a cheap room. Decent price that didn't break the bank when needing a cheap place for a few nights.
Great people work here very nice they have cleaned it up and everyone knows everyone very friendly atmosphere and staff is on their job !
Good job on the updated rooms! rates as well! Housekeeping should take their time and clean under the beds and under the toilet seat, other then that good updated place!
